Super exciting new feature to share with y'all here tonight...something I've been waiting quite some time for!
It's the new "Home" space, which functions like a feed for the community.
It's super simple: it aggregates the most recent topics across ALL the spaces you're a part of and displays them to you. So you don't need to bounce around between spaces if you don't want to, you can just react to the most recent posts here.
I'm thrilled about this, and think it will make it much much easier for you to stay connected with the community here in less time.

Deliverables and Duties:
- Handling tech tasks for Zoom webinars and online workshops
- Creating and updating zaps in Zapier to integrate Zoom webinar registration on Wordpress landing page with Paypal payment system and Ontraport email list
- Updating Wordpress website landing pages
- Updating email sequences, funnels, etc. in Ontraport
- Occasionally making surveys in Typeform and integrating them with Ontraport, Wordpress, or other software as needed
- Tracking relevant digital subscriptions such as AddEvent when necessary
Requirements:
- Available flexibly for 10-20 hours/month, typically M-F, normal business hours
- Solid knowledge of Wordpress (not coding), Calendly (how to configure properly including appointment reminders, AddEvent calendar, integration with Zoom Webinar and Zoom Meeting, paid appointments, etc.)
- Hands-on knowledge with Zapier
- Knowledge of Ontraport CRM
- PayPal knowledge
- Other software knowledge that’s helpful to know for our online collaboration: Basecamp, Google Drive (Google Spreadsheets/Google Documents), Zoom Webinar and Zoom Meeting (know the difference)
Bonuses for the right person (but not a requirement):
- Other general virtual assistant tasks
- Works from Eastern Time Zone (not required)
- Hands-on knowledge of Adobe InDesign or other graphic design abilities
- Knowledge of Hubspot
- Love of dark chocolate! :)
